I'm Peter Sudal, a Realtor with eXp Realty, and I help buyers and sellers across New Jersey. Most of my work is in Princeton, Princeton Junction, West Windsor and Plainsboro, plus Robbinsville, Hamilton, Lawrenceville, Hopewell, Pennington, Montgomery, Cranbury, East Windsor, Monroe and South Brunswick. I'm based in Robbinsville, so these are the roads I drive every day.

For buyers, that means honest advice on the house in front of you. I'll tell you what I see in the comps, what the inspection is likely to turn up, and when a house is worth stretching for. I'd rather lose a deal than talk you into the wrong one.

For sellers, it means pricing from real MLS comps, not a number picked to win the listing. Then good photos, a clear plan for showings, and steady updates so you always know where things stand.
